This class is a high energy, non-stop dance class that focuses on two objectives: to get an amazing cardio workout while having fun dancing to the latest pop hits. Class begins with a warm-up mix to get your blood flowing and body ready, then takes off from there. Choreography changes with each song but is easy to follow. Great starter class if you're new to dance or just looking to burn a ton of energy by doing something that you love.
